7 May 2007 i smoked my last cigarette, after 20 years smoking.
That is 6 years ago today!
My main motivation: i was done with it and smoking just totally made no sense anymore.
One of the documentaries that helped me out in my process was this one:
Other then that i was very much into watching stuff about neuro-science and neuro reprogramming in those days.
Actually i applied some of that knowledge to my healing process, simply by trying to reprogram my mind and deleting the smoking habit by reprogramming my mind into something more healthy, like breathing air..
